Pouliot is good enough currently for the 5-6 spot on this club given the Current roster love him or hate him.

Gaunce is not 'good enough' to be on the 4th line given this current roster.

Schaller is given more leeway as he had a very solid 22 pt season last year in BOS.

Gaunce has never broken 6 pts here.

It is what it is.

If he was he would be on the team plain and simple, nothing you post about poor Gaunce will ever see fruition unless he gets sent to another team desperate for a press box player

I truly believe that any player that out preforms an other player will be given a chance. Gaunce did not out preform anyone...even Schaller.

What is this preform that you speak of? Schaller hasn't outperformed anyone on either the canucks or comets roster, however he was a new signing and no GM is going to send their shiny new toy down to the minors.

The gm decided who goes up and down, not the coach.
