Vantel has been saying how Van should draft one of the better Dmen in this draft. While i'm still BPA in the first round. With Edler out, shows how many more D they really do need.

I wish that Brisebois got a look.

I think with Sutter out he likely took on a lot of extra defensive load. For sure he has fallen off, he seems to have a really hard time January-April.

I read early last year, that he considered himself as a scoring Dman but was asked to change his style by his coach. Then he got injured for a long period and got his label defensive Dman.

Too bad he can't play in the AHL next year he may want to play college hockey then.
