And the offer sheet will be more prevalent then in the past. Its economics and the grudge thing will be the exception to the rule. If you can afford to price someone out of a contract on their own player, you can afford them, nothing you can do. That is what the compensation is for if they do leave.

This isn’t a seven layer dip, where you go in all kinds of different directions. Technically, we don’t even have a coach and Giroux doesn’t get to decide when his career is over. Life does. So you can either win with him, during his best years or you can give up mid season every year as he slowly declines.

Anaheim has been worse than awful. The Flyers wont lose to them unless they miraculously get their poop together. Like I posted earlier. 3 wins in their last 23 games. They are spiraling worse than we ever did.
