Boqvist with a goal and 3 assists in London's 6-3 win tonight. Nice night.
Edit: oops - they changed the scoring on one goal so make that 1 goal and 2 assists tonight. |

No reason to think he can’t make the team next year as a more skilled 1st rounder than Jokiharju |

Sorry, I gave up that life. I feel like what Belichick said to Madden after winning the W.S. and dealing with success, "You're screwed." Hahaha! |

When all is said and done, I feel Boqvist will be the most offensively talented of the D prospects but not the most skilled overall. Jokiharju, Mitchell, and Beaudin will be more well rounded in comparison. Of these 3, remains to be seen who will be the most complete player. My gut is between Jokiharju and Mitchell with an edge to the Finn. |

Like father like son: Hogs win their 6th straight tonight. They sit 4th in the division, 6th in the conference.
Goalies are both sporting good stats:
Lankinen, 2.35 GAA, .913 SV%
Forsberg, 2.56 GAA, .921 SV% |

You say cool kids, then you give a prediction ... kind of detracts from that statement. Jk.

Hawks should buy low on Provarov if Philly is shopping him. He’s having a “down” year compared to his all star caliber rookie/sophomore seasons. He plays 25+ minutes a night and has sky high upside at 22 years old. Philly looking to shake things up...what would it take to get him? 2019 2nd and....?? |

2019 2nd 4th joki kahun and sikrua or 2020 1st and joki all depends what they are looking for forwards or d. Doubt phily be stupid to trade him unless they cannot sign him. |

Why would you include your own young defenseman with top pairing potential? Buying low is great but not when you throw in a player they should be trying to build around.
Your first suggestion also resembles some of the trades people were proposing for Duchene last year. |

Depends on the price. I wouldn’t part with any of the top prospects or 1st round picks. That likely means Philly wouldn’t deal with the Hawks. |

I know a high pick would be nice, but isn’t there something to be said about not letting a culture of losing take root? There’s a lot of young players already with the big club that have never experienced the NHL postseason. Even if they manage to somehow squeak in and get bounced in one round, I’m not so sure it’s the worst possible outcome. |
