Essentially 3.00 GAA and 90% save for Bob this year.....30 years old and has been BRUTAL in the playoffs....I think he and his agent are in for a rude awakening if they're expecting big $$$ and term this summer. - EnzoD
Didn't know that st 7.45M Bob is the 3rd highest paid goalie, behind Price at 10.5M and Lindquist at 8.5M. I agree how much more does he expect? |

Good luck to them finding a team that has ~20M in cap space just hanging around.
Though anyone signing Bob to that kind of contract will regret it instantly. - Elbows15
Wonder what Jarmo thinks of the Panarin/Saad trade now that he can't sign him

I know this season will not end with a parade, but I've been thoroughly entertained watching the Hawks play. Even if drafting in the top 5 will make them a legitimate contender sooner, I will never root for them to lose. If they win enough to make the playoffs, great! If they play competitively, but end up the worst team in the league, at least we'll get a great draft pick. If they win enough to just miss the playoffs, maybe they can get a top 3 pick through the lottery.

As a fan you lose if he trades him, as a gm you lose if you keep him and can't extend him unless they win the SC |

With Luongo they'll have about 12-14M tied up in goalies. |

Anisimov and Hayden for Optimus Reim (50% retrained), assuming Crawford can’t play again. |

Luongo is about to get Hossa's old equipment. His actual salary drops a lot after this season. |

Vancouver gets at least a loser point despite being doubled up on shots. Calgary leads in shots 47-24. |

Saw Waters do Dark Side of the Moon at the UC when I was still living in Chicago. Yoko would have been better. - HawkintheD
Heh.
Saw Floyd in '95 in Indy for their Division Bell (?) tour, post-Waters. They were good, very good.
Up there with Clapton and, believe it or not, Jackyl with best live performance I ever saw. |
