Definitely one of the young guys benefiting from the coaching change.

Fletcher is a detail guy it seems...Or at least willing to be dealing with the obvious in terms of roster plans.

Moving Weise and Folin is not quite the same as moving dead/bad contracts
( Pronger, LeCavalier etc) but its taking the opportunity to fix when the opportunity arrives and helping to restock a depleted Phantoms roster adding a good AHL center and defenseman ...

It's an opinion and not a fact. I think the mandate that Fletcher has been given is going to be the issue. I think Hextall's plan was the way to proceed rather than what Fletcher was brought in to do.

Hextall has positioned this team in a much better situation than what Hextall walked into when he was first hired.
