Tanner they said it alot, you arrogantly disagreed and blocked them out, thus it was never said. So typical of leftists and those that agree with/ defend them. Conversation is reduced to nothing while the platitudes of the left are promoted as truth to the "unenlightened". yawn!

Garbage points. OT losses. Shootout losses. Every teams record looks better than it really is.
- gergeswillems

it was much better before the loser point... 5 minutes of 5 on 5 ot where teams would actually really for real often play for the tie so they. could each get one point.(sarcasm)

Theres no such thing as garbage point or loser point.... that is actually called the hockey point. a reward for 60 minutes of hockey. the winner gets the extra " skills competition point" for scoring on 3 on 3 or winning the shootout

Hey Tanner looks like you were finally correct in your analysis of a player...Dylan Strome is excellent and will only get better. 66 point pace over 82 games since going to the Hawks

Perlini is a bum, though.

- EnzoD

He actually playing at 71 pt per 82 game pace

I agree with you, but the Strome trade was a disaster from day one and the Coyotes media gave them a pass.

I think it’s too early to call it a disaster. If Schmaltz turns into a somewhat 2-way 60-70 point 1C that Tocchet is comfortable leaning on then I don’t really think it matters what Strome does anywhere else. The Coyotes don’t have the money to can Tocchet and he was never going to play him more. If Schmaltz fizzles out and caps out as a 40-45 point middle 6 guy then a larger conversation starts. It’s just too early IMO. Same for Galchenyuk: we could speculate all day on how his season could’ve gone had this roster been mostly healthy, but it hasn’t been. He’s still young and the window hasn’t even opened yet for this team. If I could say one thing about this team, since moving here in May OEL really hasn’t met my expectations. He gets paid as a #1 but I would say probably 75% of his games he looks like a #2 or #3 guy who could really use a #1 presence to insulate him and alleviate his workload. Demers is supposedly close (I guess a lot of guys are) so maybe that’ll help.

They had a chance to be buyers this year and injuries changed all of that. Since Panik hasn’t been extended yet, I hope he gets flipped. Guys like him usually go for a 1st at the deadline. Maybe if the Yotes take back a bad contract like Spooner they can get more than a 1st

"There's more than enough to go around, people just need to do a better job sharing"

Socialism will never work. People are inherently lazy, and, without the profit motivation, nothing will get done.
