I disagree... give the kid a tough first start... he gets his nose rubbed in a bit , goes back to Jr on fire to work on his game. Give him a soft game against weak tired competition and he wins easy... suddenly he feels entitled, ready for the NHL. Nothing wrong with learning things the hard way.
