I really, really like Caggiula. Seems like he has a very high compete level, is physical but smart about using it, good hockey IQ and one hell of a shot.

Not to mention it's hard to tank, the players would want nothing to do with any sort of tanking, I mean their play matters, their statistics matter and not only that but hockey players go out there to win every night.

However it is possible for a coach to try and tank his team by benching stars, tossing lines out that make no sense .... I mean it's possible but highly unlikely -- especially since JC just took over - I mean it really makes ZERO sense from a professional perspective...

I just hope the Hawks can land themselves a top 10 pick and hopefully win the lottery, I mean that would be absolutely huge -- I would personally take it as an omen of good things to come.

And hopefully Bowman can get something of value for Kunitz, Kruger and maybe even Ward or Martinsen, Schroeder, Davidson, Campbell or even Tyler Sikura ... I mean if Bowman can get a 2nd for Kunitz, that would be a steal, possibly the same for Ward, maybe a 3rd for Kruger and the rest I would expect nothing more than later round picks... Maybe we will get enough picks to package up at the draft to move up a few spots in the 1st or 2nd round.... Although it would be nice to have a few 2nd round picks, the Hawks seem to draft really well in the 2nd round, and they had none last summer - tho Bowman did get some steals in the 3rd, 4th and 5th rounds.
