Sidney Crosby is, to me, the 6th best forward i the history of the NHL (arguments could be made to move him higher/lower). He has basically done everything you can do in the game. For the better part of the past decade+, he's been the best player in hockey.

Now, he is probably a top-5, at worst, player in the game. That's not a knock on him, it's the truth. He's not in his prime and, while he's still a premier superstar, there are a select few other players (McDavid, Kucherov, Raffl) that are slightly better than he is at present.

Regular season Mcdavid is on top, combine the playoffs and Mcdavid isn't even part of the convo. Crosby, Kucherov and Oveckin are all up there together. Would even include P. Kane. It's the truth.
