I'm not defending Phil as much as I'm holding these idiot players accountable who cannot figure out how to play under two coaches and their respective systems. When they commit to it, they play so much better...they become scoring-challenged yes, but they can virtually play with anyone IMO.

It is just so easy to blame the coaches in my eyes...time to hold players accountable for their own poopty play.
