No disrespect to Reinhart or Skinner but if they are on the 2nd line with Mitts and we find a true superstar to play with Eichel then this team is going somewhere. All that would be left is a guy who can actually coach a PP.

Girgs-Larsson-Okposo (fine for now as 4th)
-Olofsson, Nylander, Asplund, Davidsson, Pekar, Malone etc coming that project at varying points of the lineup as well

-strong defense
Dahlin, Risto, Pilut = 3 top4 guys
McCabe i like as part of our group of 6,
especially if he’s 3rd pair
Acquire Dahlin a partner, and we get better,
especially as he improves
Samuelsson & Laaksonen coming too with top4 potential & a few others with at least depth potential as well

I know Skinner isn’t Kucherov...
but he & Jack (plus whoever) are still one hell of a line1

And I’m not saying we’d IMMEDIATELY be the Bolts
Just that a SUPER STUD like Point being added would be a rockstar piece to join our “core” to CONTINUE TO BUILD around


Heck... even if we lost Skinner...

Jack seems like he’s grown up a lot,
but Homie has mentioned how some of the locker room stuff had to do with Jack being a bit of a punk which rubbed some Vets the wrong way
