I’m still trying to figure out where to fit Fasching, Deslauriers, Nylander, Cornel, and Karabacek into our lineup. Heck Colin white, Travis Konecny, or Boeser would look great in our top 6 instead of two years of Lehner. JT compher, Zadorov, and AJ Greer could have gotten us 32nd last year in the standings too and we might have Matthews or Laine in 2016 instead of Nylander. All hail GMTM.

I wonder what the master negotiator could get us for super sniper Tage Thompson? Armstrong some how got ROR for him and his negotiating skills are dwarfed by the genius with an MBA from Michigan who single handedly brought all those cups to Pittsburgh.

IMO, all we do at the deadline is sell our vets for late round picks. If we get lucky and have the opportunity to grab a 20-something #2 center for the right price we may do it, but I would suspect that happens in the summer...

AJ Greer was the high 2nd rounder in the ROR deal which included Zadorov, Grigorenko and another high 2nd rounder in compher. Compher is exactly what we need in Buffalo too right now.

All kidding aside here, it looks like Okposo is going to be out for a while again. He took a hell of a punch the other night that made me sick to my stomach. Kyle should never be in a position where he has to fight even if he did not have concussion problems in the past.

money is not a problem for Kyle. If it were me, I would retire. CTE is a scary thing that we are still learning about and he went through a living hell 2 summers ago. Why chance it again?

I just pray that he can recover.
