Yeah, dude. He basically had a complete mental breakdown and it was strongly implied that it resulted from childhood sexual abuse. He wanted to throw himself out of a window, and he basically couldn't talk for a few days. They almost put him in the psych ward

Arizona, Buffalo, Columbus, Florida, Minnesota, Nashville, Ottawa, San Jose, St Louis, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Vegas. And that's not counting the defunct teams like Cleveland, Hamilton, NY, and Pittsburgh, and even that's not counting 3 teams that only played a year in Montreal, St Louis, and Philadelphia.

So it's really 16 out of 37 or 43% of teams that played more than 1 year that have not won a Stanley Cup and those defunct teams only had a fraction of the size of the NHL now to compete against, but they had to play against Detroit, Montreal, and Toronto, so maybe it evens out.
