A major tell of all this Panarin BS came out last week...….Anyone else catch his comments about taking less to help Hawks out with cap, and then being traded to Columbus? He didn't sound very happy about it, and I would say he coming back to Chicago is less then 25%....You can put a SteveRain 5 , or an E5 on that one.....

I don't think he was arrested - and unless new evidence comes up, he is not expected to face charges, according to the Onandaga County (NY) DA quoted at sports.yahoo.com.

Don't know whether this comes from the left or the right - or that it makes any difference.

Some Hawks fans were disappointed when the Hawks selected a second d-man (Beaudin) with the 28th pick when Joe Veleno was still on the board. Veleno and Beaudin both play in the "Q" for Drummondville where Veleno is the top scorer with 89 points in 47 games and is a "+51". Beaudin has 53 points in 44 games which is very good for a d-man and he is "+55". I'm sure Detroit is very happy having drafted Veleno but I'm still very pleased the Hawks took Beaudin.

Yeah it was a nice change because he was actually focusing on the game...

I watch Hawks games on mute when Foley is broadcasting.

I want to watch hockey and have professionals point out things I miss, not hear about shout outs, or birthdays, or his tiresome stiche. Pre Rocky Wirtz was never this bad, but its all grab @ss all the time in that booth now under the McDonough regime like it was for Cubs games for decades. Dumbs down the fan base.

That's why it's always a treat to see Eddie O away from him calling Hawks games nationally. He's a great color guy....great hockey mind.....

Honestly, I hope they smartly sign the guy, like a HOssa, who can help them expedite their next step.

Where I lose my mind is the need to give every Tom, D-ck, and Harry a nmc or NTC. The Ward signing I completely understood as they valued a reliable goalie as #1 on their wish list after seeing the disaster last year when CC got hurt.

Bowman's love of aging fs needs to stop though....Really hoping they dont' trade hayden. Solid 4th guy who has some offensive skill to create.

So which player in the NHL now is like him? A 30G/30A guy with solid 2- way play who back-checks, fore-checks and is not afraid to go into the corners. I don't watch enough of the other teams to venture a guess.

It was Kookoo my bad, but my point was really even if Mantha ran over Ward, it was a hockey play not that he purposely did it, and like Gibson is out with a head/neck injury on a hockey play, I don't want to see Crawford in, to be run over (own player, opponents player) for his health.

Uh....you need to be updated. he was arrested this morning. Just got his bail set at 100K. Chicago top cop announced they have check he gave brothers, letter was fake, attack was fake, have cell records of him calling brothers 1 hour before attack, and then when they were in Nigeria.

So yeah....he was arrested, and yes.....a top cop isn't going to go out in the media and clast a guy unless he's 100% sure the guy has a chance to walk.

Covington highschool….they sued media circuits for 250 million for defamation after again....wait for it.....jumping the gun early.
