All Skinner needs to do is buy the book JB is selling. He likes the city, fans and location. |

One thing I like about this board...FVCKING TRUCULENCE!!
I see alot of posters going to the net, making others pay for going to the rirty areas, giving some away from the play hits, facewashing
This is my kinda game |

True
But he’s getting paid wherever he decides to go
I’m sure we wouldn’t be the only team offering big bucks |

Not for our all knowing GM..... apparently. Maybe he’s secretly tanking and he knows we are going to win the lottery, so some posters can give him credit for that???
Pure genius......

Stole this from Oiler thread:
Would you move Puljujarvi if it meant unloading the Lucic contract in the deal. Obviously it would mean not a lot coming back. The value would be dumping the Lucic salary cap anchor.
Would you do it Oiler fan?
Another early first rounder on the way out in Oil land. I honestly think Lucic would bring a lot of positives to this team as a teammate. Its obvious his on ice play sucks, but if Okposo goes to LTIR, Botts could get 2 players that could fit the roles the Sabres are looking for on the cheap.
This has Bottcoin written all over it. |

Another problem this discussion has ignored. Drafting.
Tampa, outside of their 1st round picks:
Palat, Johnson, Point, Kucherov, Killorn, Gourde, all impact non 1st rounders.
What do the Sabres have whom they drafted or signed as a UDFA?
Pommer with 24 points. Erod with 21. Complimentary. People want to understand why we suck? We suck because we can't find talent outside the 1st round.
I'm eager to see Botterill's non-first rounders (hopefully) come to fruition. - TheSabresTaco
This is why we need to trust the process and Botts. Those guys mentioned played in Syracuse for a while and grew as a team in the AHL. That is the plan for Buffalo/Roch.

I thought Berglund would be better. I truly did.
He had issues which really destroyed the whole plan. He never wanted to leave St. Louis. |

I'd love to know who isn't "playing the system". This seems to be a common excuse. I mean...stats don't lie. We give up a TON of shots and that cannot be all because players are freelancing. Or maybe it can... |

All it does is make we worry about all the people making decisions.... housley is not the answer.... it’s plan as day.
As was so well written in the blog, the previous dip stick head coach is going to have a better record than housley, and he had lehner in goal. |

I have no problem with the AHL process. I have a problem with the half decent prospects that were traded from this org and the overwhelming majority of busts. This team is like the (frank)ing Oilers. We are the (frank)ing Oilers. |

There was no reason to believe he wouldn't be able to take Dzone minutes for CM and play a 3C role. |

Always appreciate your input 89. I just don't have any faith in the coaching staff and I'm starting to doubt Botterill's ability to get this team forward. A move should have been made in November during the streak and 11 wins since Thanksgiving is unacceptable. |

As boring as Housley is, and the rule that its easier to change 1 coach vs an entire team. This roster though isn't the answer so it can be turned out again like last year. The effort to do so would be worth it unless you have a chance to grab Q.
I dont see any other coaches out there worth dumping Housley over?

All teams have to do with us is cycle the puck down low on us. Guaranteed scoring opportunity cause we don't know how to play man to man.

Which one of you were talking about the schnitzle with brown gravey and mushrooms?
I made it with some Spaetzle and Red Caggage for dinner the other night...fabulous!
Thanks for the suggestion! |

The majority of the team is just not talented enough. Like Girgs... Did anyone else seem him trip right over the blue line last night with nobody around him? I think it was in the early third. I mean I am pretty sure skating is required to be a good ice hockey player. |

It was honestly a dirty move by St. Louis to trade him like that.
You have to believe the Blues GM knew the Berglund didn’t want to go, he just used a loop hole to do it.
He got over on Botts, pretty good. |
