Don’t know but I would think it’d be a lot of adds. Missing training camp and a couple months of play didn’t help him get off to a hot start, and past performance along with his recent play suggests the slow start is not the norm by any measure.

Not at all. Kreider is a decent top six. Nylander is a star top six and has a few years to get even better. Kreider has probably peaked.

I was looking at the stats for them and I couldnt believe Marner leads them in pts! Especially w/ Tavares and Matthews on the team, Matthews obviously missed some games however. But still, didn’t realize how good he was doing this year

Why would the flyers need/want another defensemen? They have Provorov, Sanheim, Hagg, Gudas, AMac, Myers, Morin and Ghost. That is 8 defensemen...you can only dress 6 or 7 at the most. So even if they finally put Ghost on the wing you still have 7 to fill 6 roster spots and you need to see if Myers and Morin are ready for the show. Especially Morin who I think is a now or never type of situation (Myers is still very young). I like the first pairing of Sanheim and Provorov and the third pairing of Gudas and Hagg. The second pairing is tough. Amac is a solid veteran but should be a third pairing/#7 defensemen, Ghost is talented offensively but is equal to a pylon in his defensive zone coverage. I would love to see Myers and Morin on that second pairing together. (Or change the pairings to Provorov/Myers and Sanheim/Morin).

Simmonds has been a very very good player for the Flyers but it is time to let him go and have a kid in his place!

guess the flyers might take a lovejoy or spurgen if they are going to move Ghost. I have no problem moving Ghost if there is a return worthy. I think Myers and Morin are or will be ready between now and start of next season.
