Ya I agree 100%. I think they should have moved him in the off-season. If it was for Pesce or Parayko or whatever, it would have also given the Leafs more cap room for deals at the deadline. I really fee the Leafs made a mistake here.

This is much more evident considering their collapse tonight vs Washington. They need D in the worst way. My Bruins are gonna hammer them in the playoffs again unless they get another D. Need more than Reilly and Muzzin. Hainsey is getting slower all the time. Gardiner might as well play for us most nights. They have done well by not trading Sandin or Liljegren. I believe Nylander will get moved after he gets paid his bonus on July 1st. The playoffs will reveal everything front and centre.
