How much must it sting to know that in such a crappy year they're not even getting their own 1st round pick they might actually hand out Hughes to Colorado and they've lost duchene as well ouch

yeah that trade with COL was pretty bad. a bit like the TOR-BOS trade for Kessel.
OTT (and TOR) didn't expect to finish so low when they traded their 1st pick away.

Kessel was younger yes, but they still gave Seguin,
not sure they make that deal if they know in advance they'd pick 2nd overall.

Hindsight is always 20/20 as they say but yup Boston must have kicked themselves over Kessel...and Thornton...and Seguin lol

Really? What about the playoffs? No Habs no watching? I love playoffs hockey even with no Habs I can't help but watch it's just so intense...can't wait to see the Habs lift the cup again, was 13 last time been way too long

It's going to be a long few years in Ottawa ... they're having problems selling season tickets right now, imagine next year if Stone and Dzingel leave as well.

The 1st Ottawa received from Columbus this year is in fact lottery protected
