NEPA is rough for any hockey outside of ice hockey. Used to live in upper Bensalem and we used to always play massive games of roller hockey at the tennis courts. Guys would be driving by see guys playing go home get their gear and come back.

In Levittown we played at the tennis courts and always had guys showing up.

The Scranton Wilkes Barre area sucks. No blacktop rinks, I never see pickup games, no leagues close by. Stroudsburg roller rink used to have a league but could never make it since I was working out of town all in those days.
With the little pens so popular here I'm surprised no outdoor roller rinks were ever built.

Hart def should be on the bench. Elliot and Talbot isnt black and white though. Talbot hasnt practiced that much with the team and Elliott while he has been strong has just returned from injury but at the same time it will show case him for a trade.

I see a market for him. You arent going to get something like what Simmonds will return but you will get a decent pick or a decent prospect.

Did Talbot get his papers straightened out? I’m fine with it heck he’s looked half decent maybe the flyers have someone nibbling. If he looks good Saturday maybe it’s enough to sell him

This is an overreaction. If Hart is not going to play and I agree he needs a break, does it really make a difference if it Elliott or Talbot?

If we're worried about Simmonds starting this game because of terrible conditions then I'm fine with them not starting Hart either. These outdoor games are no more important than any other regular season game. Hart doesn't need to start and given his last two starts a break can be justified.

Talbot joined team Wednesday and has been with them ever since. They only had an optional practice a morning skate and than one practice tonight before the game tomorrow. Likely meaning they didnt feel comfortable with him going. Hart got a helmet specifically designed with the pre game and theme in mind with the eagles cause he was prior told he would start. Than they changed it on him. He should of never started Thursday. And it's an absolute black eye on the organizational dysfunction. It makes sense to start elliot. But should of never started hart Thursday
