Oh, yeah. Same logic still applies. He'd be a major upgrade at 2C and would fit perfectly long-term if we signed him. But, and it's just a hunch, like I said...he's a big country music dork and I think Nashville is where he's gonna want to be and they have a need for him and plenty of cap space.

I'd still like to see Lou make a run at Stone and try to sign him long-term ASAP. There's always Stone/Panarin/Duchene in UFA so I'm not gonna cry if they don't fork over a (frank)ton of assets for someone by 3pm Monday.

It's gonna be interesting for sure. I can't imagine that guys like Panarin/Stone/Duchene/Bob don't at least wait until the interview period before they sign anything. It would be so stupid to not at least hear from teams that are interested in you.
