No way Skinner signs in Toronto unless he is willing to take the MOTHER of all home-town discounts or TO is willing to part with depth and/or assets to fit him. If he wants to remain close to home than I see him remaining in Buffalo.

I always thought maybe he'd consider signing in Colorado where they could sure use his offence and he's good friends with Landeskog. . . . His center could be either MacKinnon or Hughes (potentially) and this is a team that has a bright future.

Getting hurt would impact his UFA status but unless it's catastrophic it won't.
He can get hurt in a regular game in Buffa(frank)inglojust as easy. Why not take your shot at the playoffs? Because who doesn't want a chance to win The Cup? If you produce in the postseason your value goes up too.
