Just read Brook's article, didn't know Claude won 4 Cups. Be nice to have a pest in the lineup again. - Fenrir
If Claude played today, he would have been out of the league within a couple years with all the suspensions he would have gotten. Hopefully his son dials it back a little bit, if so he will be a fan favorite for sure.
If I'm going with clutch playoff guy who seemingly did nothing in the regular season that has won a ton of cups, give me Justin Williams.

In that Mock Draft, the biggest riser goes to the Flyers @ 74 ----- Pavel Dorofeyev. My cousin in Europe ( a hockey nut ) was telling me about him just 2 weeks ago. My cousin says he has that "it" factor and he will be an exciting player. He was telling me that he would be a great pick with the Tampa 2nd rounder if they don't win it all, so his value wasn't too far off.

Still think Avery and Esa were my two favorite rangers pests - nyrangers2
By far. My favorite Esa moment is when in the playoffs, he's the only one who knew he scored. He didn't storm over to the ref to complain, he just casually lifted his stick. A few minutes later, they reviewed it and of course he did score.

He was such a beast in that playoffs. I thought for sure they were going to beat the Flyers. Who would have ever guessed that it was the team's last hurrah for a decade.

Aside from the cup team I loved that group the most. They were so close.

I did too. I remember having a field trip the day after game 2 of the ECF. I was dressed head to toe in Rangers gear. I really thought we were winning the cup. When we didn't I, with probably everybody else in this forum, thought we'd at least contend the following season. I maintain if Patty doesn't get his final blow concussion, we would have made the playoffs that year and would have been a very tough out.

Yeah they went down hill fast. That Flyers series was so disappointing

I didn't know, my sound is usually off at work. - JRR1285
I always forget to mute my tv when on the phone with work. The one time I was watching Jerry Maguire and it was the part in the kitchen where she is screaming "Don't ever stop (frank)ing me!"

At least they knew it wasn't your gf in the background because "(frank)ing" would've been changed to "feeding"
He's gotta be good. He and Chytil both. I don't care if I end up being dead wrong about him. But he's gotta be good. Needs to get quciker and in hurry. - tomburton99
He has improved on his speed this past off season. He's no speedster, but either was Stepan. He looks fine, speed wise, out there. Last couple of games since being called up, he's played good.
