he once pulled hutton at the end of the 2nd for ullmark and we came back and won

Lots of talk about Risto and the goalies however most of the blame should be on the forwards. There are only 6 teams that have scored less goals than the Sabres while they are at 16th for goals against. The PK is 5th in the league and the PP is 18th. We've given up 12 empty net goals and 8 short handed goals. We are a really soft team that has approximately 700 less hits than Vegas and Pittsburgh this season and have the fewest blocked shots in the league. There are only 3 teams with a lower shooting percentage than us as well.
If/when Pommers retires, we may have the youngest roster in the league (youngest is around 25 and we are around 26.) We have a lot of good pieces in place and should not worry about the future. A lot of claims of wasting away Jack's and others prime years. That is a bunch of BS. You think Caps fans are pissed that they wasted years of Ovie's prime? Is Skinner past his prime having his best season ever? Apparently your window of being in your prime must be really small.
I wish all of you that said you were done with this team would just stand by your claim and leave. You sound like all those celebrities that were moving to Canada.

How come every other teams 4th line can score and ours can’t ? They don’t do the defending too well either even though they get the defensive heavy minutes.

They play more than other 4th lines and suck harder. I agree that Okposo, Sobotka and Thompson also suck.

"Lets trade Risto for help on offense" is not in any way the same thing as "this is all Risto's fault". I am ready to get him out of here to improve the team but not because any of this is his fault more than others. There is plenty of blame to go around.
