If I am Brock I do everything in my power to stay on EP line ....this could be the difference in tens of millions of dollars over a career

How did the cheer leading squad do? Don't those afternoon games interfere with Glee practice?
- VanHockeyGuy

They were having a bake sale to help pay for Tavares' emotional healing after the Islanders fans were mean to him. The Glee squad was there helping out, too.

1 or 2 of those but for the most part draft and develop. Should have started that 50 years ago
- Bettmanhatesus

I think Canucks should use one first round pick only to speed the process to repair the D.

After that keep all draft picks.

We have Woo who looks like he will be a solid guy in about 2 or three years.

I also think the forward group got a little better with the additions of Leivo and Pearson (not sure yet about Spooner)

The club is making small steps .

I know that's the point though lol. Poke the bear start a discussion. I could just say everyone is a real good player with real good qualities and they will be here a long time lol.

I'd call Tampa. See if we can take Callahan plus something big for our 1st. I wonder how they are gonna resign Point. I'm just assuming they are capped out.

I agree. Tyler Myers
- VanHockeyGuy

I am not on that one

I am not a big fan but don't hate him. I don't see an upgrade on Tanev with Myers.

I’m just teasing and I get what you are trying to do ...but I don’t think most in here want to talk about what EP or Bo or Brock would fetch in a dream trade

Pretty much anyone else could be up for debate

Yeah I know the problem is nobody else is really worth much so it's not as fun to push their buttons

I don’t believe that “trading one 1st round pick” can “fix” “the” “d”. So I’d rather keep all the draft picks and take the time to do it right. Quick fixes got us in the mess we’re in now.

I'm sure JB will kick tires on him and Jake Gardiner (spits vomit from mouth)

Knowing you, there’s probably tequila in that vomit. I can’t believe you would spit it out...

Our big problems on D were Pouliot who should be gone , Gudbrandson who is gone . Biega is not ideal but was not a black hole like the other two.

Hughes will be an upgrade on Puliot. If you can replace Gudbrandsons toughness with a cheaper guy (Schenn ) then swapping out often injured Tanev would be an upgrade on three of the 6 spots . I consider that a win.

I think a ver realistic call this off season should be for Dante Fabbro to try and work something out.

It was bar tequila, not meant to be shot straight, the cold domino's pizza didn't help either.

I hope JB stays away from Dmen in free agency. Go the trade route. Shorter term on existing contracts and reasonable cap hits.

Look what Montreal Buffalo and Carolina have done in the last two years. They were sitting where we were and made some bloody big moves that have paid off.

Whoever it is I hope he has better luck than acquiring Gudbranson.
