fair point. that's a reasonable opinion for athletes or anyone in the public eye.

however, that doesn't seem to be his personality (or swedes for that matter). he answers openly. a little too openly as it becomes controversial.

i hate hockey interviews because they hardly ever reveal any real information. i appreciate when players are open and honest. even when i don't agree with the opinion.

again, i dont agree with the fans who have been harassing him. I honestly didn't think he was even important enough to the organization to be upset over losing, but that was just my opinion. As far as biting your tongue, to a degree, yes. Again, we all know John Tavares could have dragged the islanders organization, top to bottom, through the mud for being a bit of a dump, but he took a page in the newspaper, and was a complete class act about it (him leaving to sign in TOR aside). It didn't work out for Dahlen in Utica, with Cull, for whatever reason, and it could have been a simple thank you, lets move on, and not a single fan, in my opinion, would be doing any of this stuff. Does Dahlen deserve it? Absolutely not, i hate that hes getting harassed, no one deserves it. I am just simply stating that i don't think anyone would have grieved this trade had he just taken the high road out.
