Looks like I picked the right game to completely forget about and miss yesterday.

but who has preached meat and potatoes in prospect selection on these boards? I dont recall Rasmussen being a target by any posters, had never heard of that defenseman that you named above as a target either.
- Codes1087

He's not meat and potatoes, he's soft. Lots of people like tougher less skilled guys, Sieder actually has a lot of upside which is why I brought it up. One of the fastest risers in the draft. Skates well for a big guy. I'm still all for Byram or Broberg as I like both of them for different reasons. I'm not going to name Codes, had my fair share and would just rather convo's but just think of all the Dorsett and Tree lovers and you'll find some matches.

Sunday afternoon games generally suck goat balls but this one was bad. Although, Markstrom was incredible. It easily could have been 8 or 9-0 if not for him.

Green's constant line juggling is really paying dividends.

Wednesday vs Toronto will be for the realists (aka tankers by the millennials) and Thursday vs the Oilers will be for the cheerleading squad.

Not buying it. He wouldn't have been called up. He was the 3rd pairing defence before he went for surgery.

He was putting up a point a game when he got injured.....

No, his icetime went up considerably by the time he went out. He started at the bottom and worked his way up like any prospect should. A lot of Utica blogs had him as having turned a serious corner before he went down so I'll go with the amatuer journo's on this one.

No. Not at all. It was quite funny actually. Not like my post was in anger or anything. Was an obnoxious joke is all... where people don't flag each other supposedly.

That is the frustrating part. Some one has no honour.

The garbage the Canucks have to offer won't be any more attractive on draft day.

I've only ever flagged people for being a bigot and page long novel chapters. I just think that's bullpoop to put on a hockey board, and frankly I don't think it's too much to ask. That's it, if he or anyone else did either than ya it might have been me. But there is also the ability to flag given to everyone, so it's not quite as black and white as you're making it out to be. I do very much enjoy your day after day tears though. I'd rather talk hockey though.

Rathbone grew an inch and around 15-20 pounds. He's now 5'11 180. Not too shabby! Wonder where he ends up after Harvard is done?

I'm very pro top5 pick, but something tells me we don't sink much lower than we are right now. This team just has a bit more going for it IMO. Tanev is back Friday, I expect immediate results (but still a loss considering how loaded that team is)

A little sensitive are we?

As you don't post in the thread we are referring to, my comment had absolutely nothing to do with you being a whining cry baby who goes blubbering to the refs. If you don't like what is posted scroll past it like I do with the majority of your posts.

That post was for everyone as much as for you. You mention me by name every day, so let's not cast stones about who is crying and whining. I agree, I will scroll past/ignore your posts unless directly referred to.

If it was for everyone then just hit the "reply" button at the top of the page instead of responding to my post about not having any honour.
Glad you cleared things up.

Don’t look at me, I thought it was funny

Ask Makita, I only flag by accident if I’m trying to quote someone and my big fat fingers get in the way

lol I didn’t attempt to quote that post so I didn’t flag by accident or purpose it but I don’t care if you think it was me.

All Benning did was pump the kids tires on how poised he was in his now zone and his first pass from it. “He’s a high hockey sense guy. We just thought in
today’s game the ability to break up plays and move the puck up ice is a
special skill"
