I am saying there are several players who quit a long time ago and I don't see you calling them out. Whether they are paid 10 mill or 1mill a year they have a job to do and you can't give a 1mill player a pass while putting all the blame on the 10mill guy...

Couldn't disagree more. IF Eichel quit youd say "hes ok..everyone else did too?" Not a chance..

Like I said...hes not worthless....he just isn't worth more than 7.

The injury against Washington looked pretty rough, I'm not sure a quitter comes back from that after a period. If the guy is playing hurt or not 100% to try to save the season also not much of a quitter. He's still getting plenty of chances but I guess he's hitting posts because he quit.

So Skinner is responsible for the soft goals allowed? So skinner is responsible for every defensive screwup allowing breakaways, 2 on 1s etc... that resulted in goals? So Skinner was on the ice for every goal against? Maybe he should be on the ice for 60 minutes so he can control the game all the way through?

Brah I love your passion but Where the heck do you get your info from? Where has it every been in print that Skinner is asking for 9 Mil? Now personally that is what I would be asking for, However asking and getting are too totally different things.

How has skinner disappeared ? He came back from a injury that looked season ending and yes he hasn’t scored but thats just buffalo luck .. he could of had 2 the other night and 3 before that he’s just unlucky right now

Skinner is a great goal scorer, Danny was a great hockey player. Big difference. I didn’t even know Skinner played the last 9 games because he doesn’t do anything on the ice if he isn’t scoring. Briere was a 90 point Centreman on one of the best teams in the league. Briere is 2nd only to eichel in terms of best sabres of the past 13 years. Letting Skinner go would be like trading Vanek to the Isles except getting nothing in return.

First and for most...I offer him 8yrs/7mill...ceiling...7.5.

Talk to Tampa....see what they want/need...of COURSE the main target is Point, but that's unrealistic...Kilhorn, Johnson, Palat…..any of those guys on a line with Eichel are going to have even BETTER stats than they do now...
