Well there is a difference between asking him to "fill the net", and scoring a goal once in a while... And I think people are poopting on him probably because he does manage to create scoring chances, but rarely converts them into points

The answer may seem obvious, but it would still be quite the challenge for a first NHL coaching experience... I guess even if the team continues on its losing ways, the circumstances would be taken into consideration if he looks for another head-coaching job after that
