Well, no...actually I think you asked me to marry you in early Jan after I wrote about their record since the 10 gamer pointed to finishing with around 82 points...not the 92 everyone was clinging to. In that post, I pushed the idea hard of keeping all 3 picks and building through the draft ... coupled with a hockey trade or two to bring in young players with term.
I have remained adamant about that, although the hockey trade to bring in Montour was perfect as well. Others wanted to trade the picks for Stone, Duchy, Hayes etc.
I am now fully on-board with trading Risto for a top 6 player, again younger (26 or younger would be ideal) with term remaing...specifically would love to get RNH...he could be used for 2C and even repositioned elsewhere whe CM and others have graduated into 2C and 3C roles (Asplund, Davidsson).
I think you me and The Clown need to intervene with Kimmie!
