That doesn't mean what Jack did wasn't wrong, it was, it was premeditated. If he hadn't gotten hit earlier on a questionable hit, then maybe you'd have an argument, but it was still blatantly head hunting. You can't have that type of hit.

I don’t think they hired Housley cause they knew he was going to flame out. But to say he tried his best to win now was false. He traded ROR and Kane for futures, he had to have known they might go in the toilet again this year. Skinner was the only move he made to give any glimmer of hope that he was trying to win any sort of hockey games this year and obviously not even him and his 36 goals got us anywhere.
