It is definitely meaningful.

Not a big deal for the Leafs, but would be so fun to watch the Habs hopes CRUSHED by the Leafs last game. Might even feel better than winning a playoff game.

Boys great effing game, had a blast. I really think sometimes in here some off us forget this is literally just entertainment.

I had a blast at a beautiful Edmonton rink tonight, bought and Oilers fab a beer and stoppe a fellow Leafer from smacking a chirping Oiler mid 2nd period.

Long story short this is what this season is all about. This is the beat Leaf team I remember in my 31 years, even better than the 03-04 squad which I also watched live. Try enjoying it fellas.

Side note, I had great lower bow seats, (when Leafs play Edmonton seats are just as expensive as Toronto). By absolutely far the only guy that made me feel star struck all night was Babs.

Didn’t meet him personally obviously but even a few rows back you can literally few the intensity.

Is Babs stubborn to a fault? Sure. I think the biggest criticism against him is player usage and I truly think a lot of is either unfounded or not appropriately understood.

When you watch live (as many of us do) so many small plays become apparent. Marleau looked solid as all hell tonight live. No idea his fancy stats tonight.

You can feel from even a half dozen rows back it’s Babcocks bench. Oh and GO LEAFS GO!!!!

Sounds fun Blazey, interesting to hear your take on the live game.

Like I always say about Babs, Shanny and Stevie Y both played for the man, both decided to select him as coach, and both know a few things about championship hockey. On the other hand, Mike Commodore chirps him from home. So I'll trust in the Shanaplan. Trying enjoying the Leafs is crazy enough to work. Go Leafs Go brother.
