Ron Delorme was a cancer to the drafting and scouting of talent.

Gillis started to change this and Benning has built on that.

Three or four teams gave away good players. Pitt Fla CBJ come to mind but look at Neale last year and this year same with Perron

Go check how many of the drafted players are still with the team.They did not select a team of all stars they had some excellent management that turned drafted players into Reeves Pacoretti Stone
