Consistenty improving each season?
Bringing a 30th place team to the playoffs the next season?
Developing Matthews, Marner, Nylander, Rielly into elite players?
Bringing Kadri and Gardiner from the ashes?
But hey. He coached two playoffs against the 1st place team in the east and lost. Then the next season lost to the 2nd place team. That’s not acceptable. |
