I have listened to that clip about 20 times, and imo its a "r" not an "f"

Southwest Ontario hockey player here (retired) rag the puck is a well known term here.. I know what it means anyway.. also I hope he didn’t say it and if he did he’ll be reprimanded (sp?) .. in saying all that innocent until proven guilty, anyone saying shame on him or ban him etc can (frank) off until the truth comes out
