Tech support is out in Gatineau today to install a new lab, so an employee brings me her laptop. Says the camera doesn't work. I was like "I'll look into it." Device Manager says nothing. Scanned for hardware changes, nadda. Re-install original drivers from manufacturer, nadda. Laugh to myself that it can't possibly be because the camera isn't in the laptop itself. Open the screen up...and it's missing. How the (frank)?
