Fair enough, I just believe playing well/decent even in a limited role in the NHL will give him a better chance of making the team next year under Green

Per @CapFriendly, Canucks will pay $23M of $36M to Loui Eriksson by end of this season. Another $4M in bonus is due July 1. That leaves just $9M owed for final 3 yrs, which should be tradable w retained salary. BUT Eriksson's full NTC lasts another year.
