I do remember you calling for the tank as well and it wasn’t until you were on board when people started to hop on as well. I started the movement but you were the leader the people followed so kudos to you.

When they were both coming out I thought Reinhart would be a Niklas Backstrom and Draisatil would be a Malkin. I have been one of Reinhart’s harshest critics. For the past three years I thought he was going to end up being the “Bobby Ryan” of this decade but I must admit he has proven me wrong this year and has risen his level of play. Sam still can’t play Centre, and won’t be an elite player by any means, but he can drive play and be a 65 point winger and that has value in today’s NHL. I think he still has room to grow and I was overly critical in calling him a bust. I’d rather pay him big bucks then Skinner fwiw.
