I also don't think elliot it trying to push the net off
he is most definitely trying to make a save.
I think if it looks intentional its a 2 minute minor.

There's nothing to fix. Interpret the spirit of rule consistently by the ON ICE officials.
stupid ball-less interpretation of the rules by both sets of officials RUINS the game period.
same as the offside review.
this is what happens when you let lawyers and accountants run the rules.
