I've never expected Boeser to be Hossa, so as long as he's outscoring his defensive miscues I'm not concerned. The PP sucking this year hurt his numbers more than anyone. He's not far off his pace from last year.

If anything I'm reassured Petey can handle the rigours of the NHL, he's taken his licks and continued to go to dirty areas. His scoring drying up was to be expected, hell I thought a 15-15 season fron him shoukd of been seen as an acomplishment.

Hutton is head and shoulders better than last year, same with stetch and Marky. Will they struggle again? Quite likely but I feel much better about them than last year.

Progression from the younger players is good.

Very positive talks between the Canucks and Jett Woo’s agent. The kid is going to get rewarded for a great season in Moose Jaw.

Has he signed an ELC already? Maybe some games in Utica to end the year.

Would it be out of question to give him games at the start of next season, then send him back.

Listening to the radio on the way home last night, Chatfield is the only player (D) they have on an NHL contract left in the minors. That’s some serious depth!

He might be able to play 6 regular season games if they are bounced in the first round.

Considering we have Teves Tanev Stecher and Biega currently I don't think it is out of the question more than a few games

OJ McEneny injured . Two up here Sautner Briesbois and you can add Schenn.

Depth is not an issue Hughes Woo Brassard

I wonder if Brassard's contract spot was given to Eliot.

Seen JB pass on players like Olson, Candella, Neill.

Last year Boeser and Horvat stood to the side and waited for the puck. They were not part of the process of the generating the play. Both probably touched the puck less than seconds on average on the PP.

Sedins had decent numbers (not great ) except one or two years since 2012. They kept the team respectable but they also kept it from getting started on a rebuild.

They produced decent number but some years had 40 to 56 points . Respectable numbers but not top line 7 mil numbers.

There was both good and bad that came with the baggage and it was definitely time.

This league is about results man.

I'd rather have a young player get 10 goals as a trigger man than 4-6 goals with more time handling the puck. Especially for Brock, that's what his game is made for. You don't want that guy holding onto the puck for along a long time.

And Bo is honestly not a naturally gifted PP player, his playmaking just isn't high end and he's not a sniper, he's a really good natural scorer at 5v5 but not player that you can build a PP unit around. He can be like Kesler in front of the net.

Hopefully Hughes and EP can makeup for some of that playmaking lost with the Sedins on the PP.

Yeah until they play for the Comets I try to stop predicting now . He could be another Neill. Lesson learnt

Let's play a game then. See who can out last each other. I'll give you something JB has done well and you can counter. See who runs out of idea's first.

I take it back. I don't want too.
There's no point

Typical. Spouts bullsh*t but can't back it up and calls people stupid. You continue to be the arrogant little pr*ck that I expect.

Horvat is not good as a net front player. 2nd PP unit he would be fine but not the first. I'd rather his energy spent playing 5v5.

I probably couldn't tell you any other net front players in the league for sure other than Kyle Connor but he is a perfect net front player.

So if the league is about results we should bring back Edler for 5 more years to insulate the kids and keep us respectable then just like the Sedins did.

I know Bo does not belong on the PP that is why I am surprised you mentioned him as a key piece.

I agree about Boeser.

They can still sign him on a sliding contract and it won't count as a part of the 50 contracts for this season.
