All we can do is judge him on what he said he thought he could do, which was turn this franchise around by now or rather last year.

I said that his strength is in his 1st round drafting. If that's his strength then set yourself up to take advantage of that ability.

He hasn't shown ability to recognise talent at the pro level, his record on trades is not good, and his drafting in later rounds hasn't been much better than previous regimes.

He's been GM since 2014.
