Back spasms can be tricky.

A couple of years ago, we were down in Jupiter, Florida. I started having back spasms.

Ended up going to a place called Orchids of Asia Day Spa to try to get some relief.

I ended up having to go there every day of our vacation. Twice on the last day!

It was worth it, though.

Lets see what Sparks can do, has been pretty meh so far. Sens can try the new strategy against the Leafs tonight. As soon as there is a scoring chance goalie knocks the net off with his ass before the puck enters the net.

Should have been either a penalty or a goal, either one would have been fine. The nothing happened nonsense just goes to the shoddy reffing the league has been experiencing for years now. They really need a huge crack down and fix on that as a whole league wide.

Solid come back but we have to start playing better overall. Have to wonder if Gards is not done for the year and what exactly is up there. If he is down how soon before Sandin, Borg etc are back from their injuries and can be called up? It is clear Marincin, Holl, and Oz are not cutting it, might be time to pull up a couple of those guys instead get them in and comfortable before the playoffs start.
