He does seem to have some skill but I just don't know why he can't make a play. Friday he missed a pass to nylander with no pressure and no one between them it was brutal.

Last night he was first to the puck, but he slowed down and let the forward in first. Now sens have control in the leafs zone and they're running around. Just brutal.

Dubas did the right thing. The Leafs have good d depth for the bottom pairing when healthy...but you don’t go out and trade for some because of injuries. It’s not worth trading picks to get an extra game on home ice.

Team is in a slump. They've played meh over the past 15 games are so. Had a few good ones in there, and have had 4 really piss poor ones in a row now.
BUT
5th in the league, comfortably in a playoff spot, 3rd in goal differential, all the while Marincin is in the lineup game in and game out with a struggling starter and poop backup.

It's not time to panic just yet.
