My NCAA bracket pool info:
Brackets are back and I've started a pool, Top Dogs, on CBSSports.com. Join now before the tournament starts so we can compete all of March Madness! Pool is 10 bananas per sheet via payPal to . Points are seed number * the points per round (which are 1,2,4,8,16, and 32). Prizes for the first four spots, though that may be changed depending on how many sheets we get. Three sheets maximum per person. Link is: http://topdogs.mayhem.cbssports.com/ Password is MLStart All sheets must be in the system or to Jan by 12 noon on Thursday, March 21st. If need to enter sheets manually, approval from the commissioner must be received in advance or sheet will be not be entered. All non-invited players must provide a contact name for entry in the pool. Feel free to pass this info along. In addition, payment for each pool must be received by the first weekend of the tourney or arrangements made with the commissioner if sending in after that date. If either criteria is not met, the sheets for that person for this year will be removed from the pool and that individual will not be invited back next year. Breakdown 1st Place (to be determined) 2nd Place (to be determined) 3rd Place (to be determined) 4th Place (depending on number of sheets received) Contact info: http://topdogs.mayhem.cbs...g=BPM19__invite_returning
Nope. NHL offciating is just bad. Justin St. Pierre (shocking) and Tim Peel missed Anton Khudobin throwing his stick to make a save... on a penalty shot.
Edit: The best is St. Pierre just shakes his head like the god damn neanderthal that he is when Green knows Khudobin threw the stick. - tomburton99

''He's got all the potential,'' Nedved said. ''We'll see how quickly he adjusts.'
Didn't know we lost Sunny to pick Brendl.
Mike York, Fleury, Nedved...that article brings back some memories. - Fenrir
So many likeable guys from that era that never could put it together. There is a bright side to that trade, if we never trade Cloutier, we may never had picked Hank since there would be no organizational need. At the very least, Hank might have been blocked if Dan preformed like he did for awhile in the early 2000s. Of course it might have saved us from wasting picks on Blackburn and Montoya, so two sides to that argument.

I'm debating on whether to incur my old economics professor's method of picking the bracket. When I was in college, he told us that every year he would enter in the bracket and every year he'd do well. His rationale was the experts were always better in picking the results than the average person, so he would just pick chalk the entire bracket. He claimed to have actually won one year and pissed off all the students. Of course with all the upsets in recent years that strategy probably isn't so hot anymore.
My flaw is I'll go 14 or 15 out of 16 on Thursday and totally get wrecked on Friday, almost without fail.

Good point. Also, if Weekes hadn't been injured, Hank might not have had the shot to be a starter.
Can't remember which goalie had to retire from nerve damage, Cloutier or Blackburn?

Blackburn.
Edit: The Mike Dunham era was something. - tomburton99
lol Mike Dunham. The only thing I remember about him other than him being a bad Rangers goalie, is in one of the early 2000s NHL games, he'd become like a 98 rating after a few seasons.
