Burdasov:

27 years old, Not sure if he is good on a rebuilding roster, but as long as he brings our goalie Shesty to NY, I'll take him!

a veteran Russian player coming in here would make sense with all the young Russians we have on the way already

and then imagine they drafted Vasili Podkolzin

he is also former teammates with Panarin in KHL

Hmmm...
Maybe Panarin is the link ------ having his good friend on roster makes him more likely to sign as a FA?

Kreider injury finally revealed: According to NY Post, CK20 has been playing through a hamstring injury since trade deadline...
Surprised they didn't shut him down for a bit.

personally his dip in scoring wasn't bothering me one bit anyway

we need to lose every damn game the rest of the season, starting tonight, no more foolin' around

Me and Kreider talked about it...better to embrace the tank and stop scoring at this point

I'm guessing if you actually got the chance to talk to Kreider that would be way down on the list of things actually said

Cole Caulfield has risen to #13 overall in this latest mock draft

so interested to see where he goes

I could see him going top 5 with how insane he has been

He's gonna fall because of his size. He's tiny. My guess is he ends up in the very late teens or into the 20's. DeBrincat fell all the way to the 2nd round three years ago.

I'm actually interested in Caufield for the Isles, depending on who's available.

he'd be a great pickup for the Isles, imagine Barzal passing to someone who can finish like this kid can?

It'd be nice to see Barzal pass to anyone that can finish

But yeah, I've changed my stance on the little dudes in recent years. Hard to ignore what DeBrincat has done. I'd rather a big guy but if Caufield is on the board and he's the most talented guy when the Isles pick then I'm all for it.

if the Rangers can get him with the Jets pick I'd be more than thrilled, I just think they'll have to trade up

this kid has scored 53 goals in his last 43 games

He has 20 goals. It's kinda crazy how good he's been considering that hartford is tire fire. Rangers are probably gonna lose him to UFA this summer.
- tomburton99

I was wondering if playing him 10 games at the end of the season is enough to convince him to stick around

Unless they trade Smith or Buyout Shattenkirk I don't see a spot for him.
