The reality is the Leafs can let Gardiner Hainsey leave and just bring up Marlies players and be better.
Travis Dernott is the real deal and needs more ice-time. Rosen is NHL ready, and Liljegren and or Sandin could be ready next season.
Gardiner is underrated by Lea fans but Hainsey and Zaitsev are pure garbage.

The leafs Defense is terrible. If you honestly think plugging 20 year olds in the lineup is going to make team better then you are crazy. They are going to make alot of mistakes, like every young dman makes. Except they are going to have to play top 4 minutes.

You need to trade Nylander and Kappy.
