The guy who thought Kapanen and Bracco were career AHLers? And that the Leafs should have drafted Konecny instead of Dermott?

Dunno.

My idea was Korshkov adds a bit of solidness to a small lineup. Similar to Grundstrom. The LW on Snakes line is a 3rd wheel anyway so pick up a guy with size who plays a simple game but can chip in with 15 goals.

Trade chips are Johnsson and Brown (along with other prospects and picks). There would be some cap space too. Add a 4th line centre with size who can PK and you've got a much more balanced team.

This is for 2020-2021 by the way.

After the game Sparks said guys need emotion, they need to get mad. Which I agree with. Babs was asked what he thought of that and he said Sparks needs to stop worrying about everyone else and worry about stopping pucks. Such a strange answer.

Sparks let in 6 goals. I wouldn’t go around putting blame on other people. Sparks needs to be better at his own job before he can start talking about others.

2 goals in 2 games is what threw people for a loop. A little puck luck and people thinks he deserves a shot.

And yes puck luck does exist.

End of the day we have a super talented bunch that just are not quite there yet. It will come but requires patience. That said we are still pretty dangerous.

Healthy and everyone back and in the lineup we can do some damage come playoff time.

Need to remember just how far this team has come in how short a time really. Wasnt that long ago it was 18 wheeler off the cliff.
