So do I . Just because I call his situation as I see it doesn't mean I haven't hoped for his success the whole time. I truly feel for the kid but in reality, there are dozens of crappy situations that happen to borderline players or otherwise every year. I do hope he finds a way to turn it into something positive down the road.

I'm glad to see Maurice start to rotate some guys in and out of the lineup. Today its Hendricks for Roslovic but it would be nice to see other guys rotated out and save some energy in what is still a grinding part of the schedule for the Jets. Copp and Tanev could use a night off as well, maybe even Perreault. If we were to lockdown 1st with a game or two to go maybe even Wheels or Scheif.

Wheeler and Scheifele need it more than anyone else. The first half wore them both down, and Scheifele has been lazy for many games now. Wheeler seems asleep at the wheel half the time

It's possible that Toronto signs Petan to a contract so that he is easier to trade (as opposed to being a RFA).
Realistically, what future does he have on a team as deep up front as the Leafs are ?

They will need someone to play depth for league average salary. Why not Nic?

Lol, 20 goals, 69 assists, (89 pts) 3 points shy of his record of last year (highest total ever) with 10 games to go.

Yes, time to wake up Mr. Wheeler!!

there was a point during last game where they were showing an over head view replay of someone ( I think Beaulieu ) but inadvertently showed Sheif at center ice while all 9 players for both teams were already in position in our end. I am no pro but have played a lot of center, this is not where the center should be
