He is way less of a train wreck than Gudbranson or Pouliot. He's not fast but he's composed and gets the puck without putting it onto the stick of an opposing player. - Marwood
and has the role and salary for the type of game he plays. low expectations and he's meeting them. he doesn't have to be the player that he was drafted to be. those expectations have long gone. that was the problem for guddy. he still had those expectations and was paid like it. |

I thought Carol might have changed up her schedule. - kaptaan
Carol regularly posts game days (or every other day in long stretches) with her blogs going up generally around 3 EST/12 PST, unless there's an early game or she has outside commitments. Nothing really new about the posting schedule. |

What did you think of Schenn's game last night, I like his breakout passes, foot speed is a little slow, but overall I haven't minded him so far? - Makita
I agree. He's not quick, but uses his body a lot more than Guddy. Adds grit, and makes a good outlet pass. He doesn't panic too much either, haven't noticed any blatant icings |

KEEP
Horvat
Roussel
Beagle
Virt
Motte
Leivo
Pettersson
Boeser
Gaud
QUESTIONABLE
Pearson – keep to see how he plays with the team next year, if he's middling try to dump
Goldy - time is running out quickly
Baer - health? Actually a fine top 6 player when available
TRADE/WAIVE
Loui
Spooner
Schaller
Granny
Sutter
____ Petey Boeser
Leivo Horvat ____
Pearson Gaud Virt
Roussel Beagle Motte - NewYorkNuck
Looks about right. Kakko wouod slot in nicely on that second line. Bo would be a great 3C behind Petterson and Hughes.... dreams! |

He’s not bad as a bottom pair guy. At least there isnt a big paycheck like with guddy. I nice to have that type of snarly d to some capacity. |

I think so. He is cheap, steady, and there's no issues with letting him sit in the press box for weeks at a time. |

I think many here have a shared dream that we win 2nd overall and draft Kakko |

Pretty much this.
I still agree with Gillis though, you need all 6 dmen to be able to skate and make a “first pass” to have a good team in today’s game.
Schenn’s puck skills aren’t as bad as I thought but man he’s slow |

He is slow.. though while I haven't watched every game and shift of his, I haven't really noticed that many people blowing by him? Maybe a couple times... It used to happen pretty regularly with Guddy. |
