The overhead camera looks like he threw it but the angle in carols blog show his stick makes contact w pettersson's stick which knocks it from his hand. You can't see that in the overhead.

it’s his first year as a full time player. Pretty sure he’s young enough and has enough skill that he can be/is nhl calibre. He’s still learning, i onow it’s hard but: rebuilding teams require young players making mistakes, being held accountable and growing. Green is just doing his job and letting him know he cost them a big goal.
